Homelessness has become a citywide problem. This public forum on Monday June 26 will address the shortage of housing, delve into the steps to connect Fort Worth Police Department’s Homeless Outreach and Police Engagement Team with the homeless population and the service organizations that have dedicated their efforts to connect this population with support.
Mayor Mattie Parker will deliver welcome remarks, followed by a panel that includes Councilmember Michael Crain, Robert Alldredge from Fort Worth Police Department, Lauran King with Tarrant County Homeless Coalition, Tara Perez from City of Fort Worth and Debbi Rabalis from Presbyterian Night Shelter.
