Marshals, Animal Control Set Warrant Roundup July 23
City marshals will partner with the Code Compliance Department’s Animal Care and Control Division to bring to justice anyone with outstanding warrants for violations of animal control laws as part of a warrant roundup July 23.
The warrants are for violations including failure to restrain a dog, animal abandonment, dog tethering and failure to provide food, water, protection or medical care.
Those arrested will be taken before Fort Worth municipal court judges for arraignment and disposition of their cases.
There are several ways to pay outstanding warrants and avoid arrest. To learn more, go to the Municipal Court’s Web site. You also can contact Municipal Court at 817-392-6700 or the City Marshal’s office at 817-392-6688
