Special guest speaker is Photographer Glen E. Ellman who is well-known for his photographs of fire fighters fighting fires, a subject he’s pursued for almost 40 years. A former Associated Press photographer, he moved to Fort Worth in 1986 to become the Chief Photographer at the Fort Worth Star Telegram. He is now the official photographer for the City of Fort Worth and continues to work closely with the Fort Worth Fire Department.
The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. at Arlington Heights United Methodist Church, 4200 Camp Bowie Blvd. (enter through Hillcrest St. door). It’s free and open to the public.
