Seminar To Teach Teens about Tech Careers

Help your tech-savvy teen learn what skills are necessary to compete in the technology job market and how to access information from trained professionals at the Library’s Teen Tech seminar.
The “Creative Careers in Technology” seminar – set from 2 to 4 p.m. March 14 in Central Library’s Teen Center – will begin with a multimedia presentation by the Dallas Art Institute’s Howie Le on the non-typical, “Want Ad” jobs that require creativity and a firm understanding of technology. Le’s presentation will be followed by teen gaming tournaments.
