STRESS LESS CLASSES
Learn how to de-stress your life during a series of virtual classes scheduled for Wednesdays in March during lunch hour. The 40-minute sessions start at noon until 12:40 p.m. You can attend all four sessions or pick and choose single sessions.
Sponsored by the Fort Worth Public Library, these sessions will be led by Texas A & M AgriLife’s Alaina Woolsey. Goals include learning alternative ways to relate to stressful events, thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. These sessions will teach mindfulness skills designed to relieve stress.
March 15: Begin with the Breath
March 22: Mindful Eating
March 29: Mindful Walking/Thought Surfing
April 5: Be Kind to Your Mind
