THANKSGIVING POT LUCK 2019

December 15, 2019 · Filed Under Events and News

This year’s pot luck was another great success. A million thank yous go to Central Market for their incredible generosity by providing turkey and fixings to AHNA through all these years. And many thanks to all the AHNA volunteers and pot luck contributors, without whom there would be no pot luck.

Arlington Heights Neighborhood Patrol Officer Jorge Hernandez sat at the head of the table with (left to right) Fort Worth Commercial Code Compliance Officer Angela Traiser, Arlington Heights Citizens on Patrol Captain Jan Bourne, and Citizen on Patrol member Vickie Bowers. Earlier in the evening, Vickie received an award for being a founding charter member of AHNA when it was organized in 1999, and for her more than twenty years of service to the community. She has an almost perfect attendance record at AHNA meetings.

Tim Martin (right) and his daughter Scarlett had fun taste testing the delicious pot luck offerings with Corey McKeown and her two boys, Case and Jameson.

A job well done by trusty pot luck volunteers AHNA Executive Board member John Morris (left) and Dr. O. Z. Helmer.
