THANKSGIVING POT LUCK BIG SUCCESS
The annual AHNA Thanksgiving Pot Luck Dinner on Tuesday November 16, 2021 was a big success with a huge turnout of neighbors of all ages.
A very big thank you to Railhead Smokehouse BBQ for providing the main course of barbecue chicken, brisket, beans and potato salad. And many thanks to everyone who brought sides and desserts to share.
AHNA member Malia Hubbard led the charge to set up the lovely decorations and created the centerpieces that cleverly featured acorns in glass jars.
The evening was AHNA President Brenda Helmer’s last scheduled event as the neighborhood association president. After leading AHNA for seven years, Brenda passes the torch to President-Elect Patricia Ward on January 1.
Many many thanks to Brenda for all her hard work and years of service to the neighborhood.
