This meeting will feature
Director of Fort Worth Code Compliance Brandon Bennett,
Director of Planning Arty Wheaton-Rodriguez,
and Senior Assistant City Attorney Melinda Ramos
to lead a discussion about short-term rentals.
There will be plenty of time for questions and answers.
AHNA Members Doing Good Deeds
We love it when AHNA members get involved in the community. This Fourth of July
AHNA members Brian Bohl (right) and Thad Blizzard (middle) spent their holiday
volunteering with the Fort Worth Fire Department by answering calls that came in on
the hotline phone bank.
It was a busy 24 hours with 450,911 calls to the hotline. This year’s July 4th resulted in:
37 grass or trash fires
5 structure fires
4 significant trauma events
26 assaults and/or gunshot or stab wounds
1 death
Kudos to Thad and Brian for doing their part to make a difference in the community!
